How long is the video you send?

Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we have gate access, we'll handle it. We'll text on the way and when we're done — and you'll have video proof either way.
Are chemicals included?
Yes. Chlorine, pH balancers, alkalinity, stabilizer, and salt adjustments are included in every plan. Specialty chemicals (phosphate remover, metal sequestrant, etc.) are disclosed ahead of time if needed.
Is there a contract?

What happens if my pump or filter breaks?
